The Baseball Academy was created this year in 2007. The goal of The Latin Baseball Academy is to help the serious player improve in all facets of the game. Emphasis is based upon correct fundamentals,abilities,physical and mental attitude. Our objective is to create a high quality player, this is why we only select players with talent and our coaching staff perform an evaluation before selecting players for our program. We strive to make being a part of our team a productive and positive experience for your child. We have a competitive system of development where we gather the best players in each position, no matter where they live or to which baseball organization they belong.  Once the teams have been formed and are prepared for the competition we plan to compete against teams from the United States and other Canadian Provinces. Our independent organization has no afiliatoin to any of the Canadian baseball associations. We have the same development program that is used in latin america and used in Arizona Diamondbacks professional minor league system. Our coaching staff has more than 20 years of experience in professional and amateur baseball.
